The SDSA's work recognises that the single biggest factor in improving the quality of services is the quality of professional development that people receive. We are consequently enthusiastic to support work which enables others to provide more effective training and development opportunities.
With the development of the integrated working agenda in children and young people's services, the focus of much of SDSA's work to support and promote the continuing professional development (CPD) now addresses the needs of a broad, multi-agency children's workforce.
